The pieces I show on my blog are not the only jewelry pieces we make. The jewelry which does not make it on the blog are the pieces I forget to take a picture of! Before you know it the piece of jewelry is already at the customer.
This engagement ring is the latest commission we have worked on. And although we’re not going to continue this design ring, I especially made a picture … because I find it beautiful …
The wish of the customer was … a wooden engagement ring made of two different kinds of wood with a minimal amount of silver or gold. We explained to the customer that a wooden model made entirely without gold or silver is not an option, because the ring would break very quickly. Even though this model is made with a silver band, we can not guarantee it for eternity and that is the reason we will not include the ring in our collection. Very unfortunate because I think it’s beautiful.
A wedding ring that we have in our collection for a long time is FOREVER. It’s a wedding ring inlaid with wood, has an absolute eternal value, and it is a perfectly timeless design.

Such a beautiful design. I think the silver band makes it so very special. It is not too thin and not too thick, just perfect sandwiched between the two types of wood.
