A lovely project and images …
Her name is Dienke Dekker and she is a 4th year student at the Design Academy Eindhoven in The Netherlands.
The basket weaving craft has been the inspiration for this project about imitation and reinterpretation of crafts.
From imitation of bamboo structure, the step was made to silkscreen printing on silk and other textiles with custom paint stamps …
… resulting in a series of archetypical objects.
I was unable to find any information on her but if you like to get in contact with Dienke; her e-mail address is: dienkedekker@gmail.com

Amazing work! I discovered here work a couple of weeks ago. At firsts I thought it was bamboo instead of printed material. Would love to have a basket!
