Born in 1975, Takaya started out as a culinary chef. In 2004, he started his work as a Flower Artist in Kyoto.
Most of his clients are brides looking to add drama to their big day, but he also creates arrangements for live performances, special events, and print and video commercials.
Using only fresh flowers, he invented an original technique of art in the field of hair dressing, tying together people and flower.
