Just came back from my daily walk with the dogs … and yes it is true, we can not longer ignore it, autumn is here … the leaves are falling the wind blows and it is cold.
A great time to search for mushrooms, this year I found porcini mushrooms in my own garden … and made some delecious mushroom risotto.
Also pumpkins in abundance this time of year … for tasty pumpkin soup.
Do you remember the homing pigeon from Germany who got lost and ended up on our roof in early September? He or she, (I still don’t know yet) has decided to stay with us …
Here the German pigeon flies along with my other pigeons …
