The first weekend of our jewelry exposition is behind us! Our collection of BIG BROOCHES was presented to the public! Always very exciting … but everything went well with quite a few visitors and positive responses to our new collection …
Gallery Terbeek, the location of our presentation is a gallery with a great ambiance. Our tables looked stunning in the large, beautiful space.
Therefore I had thought taking photos would be a piece of cake but it was not. For some reason the light in the gallery made the pictures look dark and yellow. I hope these images still give you a bit of an impression … or else I recommend you’ll come to Beetsterzwaag coming weekend (April 28-29, 2012) and see our jewelry in real life! The space, the tables, the jewelry, you, all looks fantastic. Do you know I had not realised just how ‘big’ the Big Brooches are until I saw the one lying on the table. Gorgeous! Hope this weekend coming is another successful one.

Thank you so much Erica!
Thanks for your sweet words Lois,
The jewelry is lying on round off-white circles (coasters) … the biggest brooch is about, I think, 5cm. in diameter.

Are these the tables that you have built?
great!!!! … I like the light and the extreme simplicity of the gallery too^

Yes Francesca, we have built these tables… (my idea and Jan built them) we were lucky to have a woodworker living down the road who happened to have a big oak board for sale!
So nice of you to stop by my blog and comment.
