Although it sort of looks like a hinge, there is no movement. The brooch goes slightly uphill towards the middle.

A Deconstructivism brooch!? It is very beautiful. I love the way the middle pin is slightly curved and that the brooch is not flat. Very unique piece.

Do you mean deconstructivism in the sense that we did something to the square shape?
