In de beginning of the week it really felt like spring over here in The Netherlands. Now on Friday white frost is on the fields and the drinking water for the chickens was frozen this morning…
It was a busy week with placing ads in magazines to promote our In House Exposition in March, I also made a start with writing a press release, we experimented with photographing our jewelry pieces in a different way,
and finally on Monday we went to a wonderful modern dance performance in Groningen.

The ‘Murakami Chair’s attached lamp is powered by kinetic energy produced from the chair’s rocking back and forth. The chair, designed by Rochus Jacob, recently shared first prize at the DesignBoom Green Life Competition.
Paige Russel makes great pieces of Ceramic. This is her super modern looking Tpot with a very soft recycled wool sweater cozy…

…and the Murakami chair looks like it was made for me.
Douglas was in The Netherlands on Thursday and Friday and he said it was freezing. Same here. Hope it starts to warm up again soon.

Yes Lois, freezing again… but the sun is out and costumers stop by on their bikes today!
