The first signs of spring are here! The other day I heard buzzards screaming which means that they are defending their territory, wood pigeons are cooing and the snowdrops are almost in bloom.
Yesterday morning on the daily walk with the dogs I had the opportunity to take this picture. Probably we had disrupted the deer and they fled up the meadow. They were so nice to stand still for a moment for me to take a picture.
I never introduced you properly to my new dog. This is Fons he is with us now for a few weeks.
Fons comes from a shelter, is 9 months old and had no idea what running was.
It was not very hard to teach him!

Glad Spring is on its way, somewhere! Blizzards, rain storms and freezing cold here. Fons is beautiful. My daughter sponsors a dog, Jacob, from Dogs Trust. We do visit him but unfortunately we are not allowed to bring him home for a visit. You can see Fons smiling in that last photo!
