This large silver vessel took some time to make; specially the wood at the bottom was an experiment because it needed to be bend and shaped in a sort of a round form. The vessel’s name is “Swinging Moon” because when pushed it will swing and sway a little. Around the edges you see 18 karat gold and an aquamarine stone.
This silver vessel was bought by the Fries Museum in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands, for their permanent collection. (design by me, Marion Pannekoek)
