The Dutch Design Week this year is from 17 until 25 October in Eindhoven.
In more then 60 locations one can see a wide spectrum of design.
A new initiative this year and part of The Dutch Design week is “Meesterlijk Design en Ambacht”. More then 100 professional designers, crafts people, manufactures and artists are showing and selling their exceptional handmade products.
This is the first time in Holland, as far as I know, that art, design and crafts are presenting their work together, which is a great initiative!

Wow! That is a great exhibition, the jewellery particularly amazing! I shouldn’t be surprised as I’m continually impressed by the high quality of Dutch artisans. Off to learn all I can about Giethoorn, I feel a ferry ticket coming on.
